We operate two, separate licensed 20C kitchens on site. One kitchen is for strictly pure maple products, Our second kitchen is for all other products. We us tree nuts, dairy, and gluten in our second, completely separate kitchen.
Our Pure Maple syrup/sugar/cream are gluten free, pure maple syrup/sugar is just that, pure maple syrup/sugar.
Some of our other products may have gluten, for example bakery products, please read our ingredients labels and let us know if you have an allergy.
We are open from 7am to 9pm 7 days a week. Sometimes we are out and about in the woods, as this is a working maple farm, if we are not present you can still shop with visible means to leave payment. If you would like to make an appointment to meet with us, contact us!
YES!! we are a 4rd Generation, family owned, family run farm for the last 57 years. We tap all our own trees, approx. 9000 taps, on our privately owned and managed property.
It takes approximately 40 gallons of sap to produce one gallon of pure maple syrup!
